Click on the node (the circle), under the tweening options (which are under the Stickfigure scale and color options), click join Stickfigure. Then click the node you want to join it to.

Try the sign in button under the giant box telling you to make an account, on most pages of the app, can’t miss it

You don’t, this type of animation uses nodes to move the figures, you don’t draw them, use FlipaClip or something for that kind of animation.
