You just look at reference images to try to copy the pose, open YouTube and search how to animate fluidly and accelerate and decelerate. And do several training tests
How do I use 360 Stickfigures?
You just use the different angles of the same figure, and if it is moving, you just use the elastic tool, and position it to be the same as the previous movement.
