Can I change it to video not gif?
Only if you have the Pro version can you export a video.
But there are many free apps/programs that will convert GIF to video, just search Google Play/the App Store. Or you can use a desktop program like Windows Movie Maker or iMovie.

And how do I import a download background is it the same way?
Audio is in the Pro version of the Android version. It’s coming to iOS soon (the Pro version).
You import a background by just clicking “Load BG image” under “Project Tools”. Only one background per animation, though. This is due to memory constraints on mobile devices.
umm, for the ios version, which file explorer would work for importing stickfigures?
No I’m sorry, iOS users can only manage files through iTunes, see the video tutorial (the second half).
