Yeah, like DmLan said, you simply make your own hair. The fourth tutorial on this page is actually a user-created tutorial about just that.
How to submit stickfigures?
In the app, under “Library Tools”, click “Submit a stickfigure”.

Could you also add a squeezing ability to make an animation seem cartoony,and maybe a gluing option to make holdable things or weapon look accurate.
