stop hunting Ralph and you might learn the secret
Export the animation at 1280×720, after you click “Export MP4”
That still won’t get you 1080, but he got 1080 because he then opened the exported video in a secondary program and re-exported.
(Note that doesn’t improve the quality, once it’s exported from SN, that’s as good as the quality will get, even if you resave it at 1080p, doesn’t matter.)

you have to use an app to do so (on Android, on iOS you can’t, you’ll need to put your files on a computer, ZIP them there, and use the form here https://sticknodes.com/submit-stickfigure)
or
send them one by one, but make sure they’re named similarly, preferably with the same prefix

In the app under “Library Tools” there’s a “Submit stickfigure” button.
