can we not, we already have enough dbz and we don’t need more of some random 9 year old’s figs that took 2 seconds to make
and now lets hear from all the people that still mass-download DBZ figures because they like them

and it’s ONCE EVERY TWO WEEKS WHYy ARE YOU ALL PERMA-BUTTHURT
Because it doesn’t matter if it’s every two weeks, it’s annoying. There’s already a tag that says Dragon Ball Z people can use that has hundreds of Dragon Ball figures, especially considering the ones uploaded are just Goku but black clothes, uncreative recolors, or just stolen. And that’s not even to mention that people upload these original DB characters that guaranteed will NEVER BE USED IN AN ANIMATION EXCEPT BY THE PERSON THAT MADE IT.
People that put effort into stickfigures with hopes it gets uploaded are “cock-blocked” by uncreative garbage and it never makes sense. There’s a rule against unoriginal figures and it seems like every DBZ figure uploaded breaks the rule because it’s Vegeta with red hair. We’ve seen that hundreds of times!
That’s my issue. That’s why I’m butthurt.

there are a lot of DBZ figures that are unique or heavily edited, you’re conflating the 1 or 2 goku knockoffs that get approved because they’re “different enough” with the 18 others that are actually useful figures

that’s why there’s a dedicated DAY, so that doesn’t happen, that’s the whole reason it became its own day in the first placeI just went and sorted “stick nodes” youtube search by “new” and 4 of the first page videos were DBZ or DBZ-esque animations
DBZ and stickfigure (sn/pivot/flash) animation have always and will always be intertwined, they just “work” together, I can’t just cut that off – that’s just dumb and would only be a detriment to SN
I’m already HEAVILY limiting the figures that get by (for every 1 you see trust me when I say 5-10 are not approved) and the DBZ days themselves are twice a month

look bro there’s one dude who made that goku join pack, that was high quality, but most of the other stuff is unoriginal crap
instead of full dbz day, only put in quality figures, let’s see how many there are, oh 2!!!! that’s because 9 out of every ten goku figs are unoriginal recolors, let’s ditch dbz day and move on to something less garbage
you say “unoriginal recolors” I say its a form of goku/character that is new/different/from a new movie/etc that isn’t already on the website, or is different in some way
again, you don’t understand how many true actual “goku recolors” don’t get approved
I’m not going to argue anymore, there’s 1 dbz day every couple weeks, I can’t cater to everyone and this is the solution

First of all, how could you possibly know they are 9 year olds, DBZ fans can be various different age groups, second of all, its patronising for 9 year olds to be a prime example of humiliation. Thirdly it is not a 2 second make for some of these DBZ figures, some of these have a large amount of time and effort put into them and you shouldn’t disrespect that.
I understand its DBZ and you may not like it, but some people do, and actually I think more effort goes into DBZ figs than normal ones.
