The Ghost Arises
After a particularly deadly mission, Bariks lost his leg, his ability to use Arc, and was given a fateful curse that slows his aging. This curse is the cause of his skin color, and the root of his nickname: The Ghost of the Sea. (Sea being metaphorical, they’re in space remember?)

In order to keep up with his foes, Bariks uses a number of weapons and gadgets. One notable tool is his Graviton Gauntlet. This handy armwear allows him to “Blink” a short distance forward. It’s essentially teleportation, but–while you can’t be seen–your physical form is kept in a way that allows you to be hit mid-blink.
