It looks intriguing and the use of rain and the other video and audio formats really help to make it look unique.
I do have a few criticisms however. One, you need to provide a bit more information considering it’s just episode 1 and this is the introduction to your series. Two, you should try and make it longer. Three, make sure what you do, for example names, locations, items used all have some sort of purpose.
To give purpose to a lot of things in a series is good writing as it shows you’ve thought about it and it engages the audience.
adding some music/ambiance is really a major factor in how good an animation is perceived, its unfortunate it can’t be done in SN (yet, i’ve been planning on adding “music” for a while now and will eventually)
anyway this was great, deserves a spotlight, it seems like a good start to something
only criticism i’d say since you’ve set the bar so high for “building up” to something, could have more of something at the end, as in, a cliffhanger of sorts or something that foreshadows more visually what the series is about/going to be

Overly strong Vignette
Hard stops in some of the movements without any easing
Guns don’t recoil straight they go up as well, if you don’t understand what I’m saying watch a youtube video of somebody shooting guns
Green screen rain
That van just went about 20 mph minimum in under a second without any acceleration
And that’s enough nitpicking as well as being the person who ruins everything
