This update is live on both Android and iOS markets!
This update was a long time coming as it fixes some big issues with 2.2.0. Unfortunately I got caught up with adding new features and just being busy so it took a lot longer than I’d have liked.
My bad.
But here it is now! And here is what’s new!
Changelog
- An “arrows window”, look under “Project Tools”. Gives you access to buttons for pixel-perfect movements.
- Hold down +/- buttons to add/subtract faster without tapping.
- Check “App Settings” for new tools to enable/disable some things.
- Buttons added to quickly navigate the sidebar menu.
- Can now show the background in front of the stickfigure in Creation Mode.
- New sounds, search “221” in the sound import window (Pro only).
- Bug fixes: Magnifier crash, blur crash for some devices.
- Bug fix for iOS: Audio no longer cuts out on long exports.
And that’s that. I’m hoping that blur crash is fixed, it primarily affected some Galaxy devices. Let me know (turning the blur on immediately crashed the app).
Shouts out to @ronnyanims for saving the day and becoming the new Portuguese translator for the app!
I think there’s still going to be a couple minor updates before we see 2.3.0…And that won’t be until 2018. Obviously.
Okay bye!

Hey @Ralph so about the languages imported into the app, is there an Arabic option? If so. Pls add at next update cus. Saudi Arabia.
He will need an Arabia translator then
Arabic isn’t on my plans atm, not only is the language a different alphabet, it handles weirdly on some phones.
Basically requires more work than other languages/alphabets similar to English, but I’ll see.
Need translation for Spidöh Man
Can I be the Great Britain translator also known as the tea translator where every word is tea and crumpets
Who are you imposter you’re not my nuts I ate them
Thank u for having such an awesome app and it’s almost perfect. I would like you to see if you can look into making a filing system for the exports like if I put a file in the sticknodes stick figures file it would show up in the export menu. And also if I’m exporting a stick before I export it to see what I’m exporting exactly.
You should add folders on the Stickfigure list, i have alot of stickfigures and its hard to find the ones i want, so it would be cool to have them separate on folders (I know there is a search bar, but folders are better)
Here is a concept: https://imgur.com/a/E1COV
it’s not a bad idea and been suggested before, probably will happen eventually(TM)
lol
Unfortunately that (TM) didnt mean tomorrow :/
I’ve been waiting for that since 2014. I had decided to organize stuff myself by doing prefixed like “Effects – …” for example. Since the “probably” Ralph said might happen in next two years lmao.
i don’t know how to splice two videos together
export both animations as MP4s, but then use a video-editing app that allows you to import 2,3,4..etc videos, and then export it as one
@Ralph Something is wrong with the update
It says it has been updated but my sticknodes app is still on 2.2.0 I don’t know why
I am on android
please help
That sounds serious never happened to me
I am on android does it happen for iOS aswell?
No, try erasing and downloading the app again, remember to take all of your files to not loose them
already on it
I moved all the files into an sd card it’s a copy so I hope it’s not deleted
*cross fingers*
Everything will be ok so it worked?
phew it worked 😀
thank you for the help!
You’re welcome pal
jackfly the mvp
for future reference, uninstalling on Android = files are safe
uninstalling on iOS, deletes all related files as well (stickfigures, projects)
so in this case when I hear this issue (which btw is more of an Android/Google Play issue and not an SN issue >_>) I ask if they’re on Android, if so, to just uninstall/reinstall
