As you can see in the bottem left corner, (upper right if you're in australia,) there is a decode challenge, the first one to say the correct words will be able to make a free stickfigure suggestion. Also, you can seethere are only 20 letters, you can make the other 6 if you want.

Gem Glyph, according to Pearl, is a highly complex language as some letters have multiple symbols as well as the fact the symbols are extremely abstract, leading to the decode challenge. But as seen in Steven Universe Future, "Little Homeschool", Steven has clearly learned Gem Glyph as he says; "Available in bot English and Gem Glyph", he also signed a contract spelt in Gem Glyph at the end of the episode.
