you can use it at 20 to 30 fps but if you double-frame, it can be used to 60 fps !
the bullet FX is included if you don't have one or if you wanna make a fine addition to your collection.
TIPS
If you wanna make a gunfire effect, just don't put the bullet effect in, it will look HORRID.
A gunfire effect only last 1 or 2 frames, but not if it's 30 fps, which is 2 to 3 frames.
This effect can be used as a spark effect !

Actually, I think you can just combine them, or just skip an effect or two
