HE IS DONE. gave up on making the plate carrier look good, lorewise he got it from a bankrupt company that produces protective armor with barely any utility (as seen with the lack of MOLLE on the straps… the cummerbund, is it called?)

finally managed to make a good plate carrier, all thats left are the MOLLE thingies and maybe pouches (if i even can do good pouches)
