So this is the official Underwater Gun of the old soviet union and now in service in Russia as the Gun used in the underwater missions and in the soviet union this was used to kill other US frogmen (sounds weird) and sometimes this was used in emergency to kill Some water predators

It exists, It was invented because the only weapon the soviets could use to defend themselves underwater was a simple combat knife. The bullets look like really long spears and use the water to project the projectile out and the position of the shooter affects the range.
