Story and humor are inapplicable to this animation, so I won’t critique them.
While this animation itself is well-animated, it lacks quite a bit in pacing and is often all over the place. It’s fine to transition between scenes, and that would even be encouraged for a work such as this, but the transitions are too fast with not enough work put in to make such transitions flow smoothly. The fight sequences themselves are decent, but it isn’t particularly pulled off in a way that would represent an actual video game, even with the addition of healthbars and all the sort. Overall, it has potential but fails at execution. More work needs to be put into smooth transitions, and the ending itself was sudden and undeveloped.
Cool concept of transitioning between fights through certin hits. Movement is pretty solid. But the flow is odd. It all comes down to the flow which hurts this. Its slow overall and just odd in that matter. There’s also not enough movement. It feels like characters are standing still a lot of the time. But this is pretty cool. Just not executed well enough in the flow and movement.
