James Hammond is the emperor of the RLE, and is the adoptive father of Nick Hammond, who happened to be a dumpster baby. He wears a life support helmet, because he fought in a battle in 2021, "The Skirmish of Shanghai." alongside Dimitri S. Tokarev, who accidentally threw a grenade onto a steep hill, which bounced back to Jim, and blew up in his face, blowing his hand and face off. He held a vendetta against Dimitri, but forgot about him entirely later on in his life. He made some more enemies, maybe some more friends, some of which would stab him in the back, but not this one woman, Thunderbolt Sygma. (DOWNLOAD HER PACK)
