I thought of making a video game a while back and Im still real young and I dont know if i'll be able to make it.
BUTT
I have two brothers and one of them is good at making music and the other one is learning how to code in highschool
So when Im a bit older Im thinking of making a game called shifter about a kid who goes to school and gets kidnapped by a shape shifter.
He gets brought into a car and then he opens the back and falls down the hill and so on
Being hunted by the shifter
This is sort of what the main character will look like

i started making games for fun when i was, probably 11 or so
*old man mode* and that was before youtube…where there’s endless tutorials on everything you can imagine
point is, you can (and should) start now, make games for fun
maybe don’t make the game you have planned right off the bat (start small) and as you learn you’ll see how things work and then you can work on bigger projects

i started with GameMaker *old man mode* back when it was a much smaller program, and free
but if you actually start to like it just have your parents buy you the $39 version once the trial is over
