The main antagonist of Dubstyne's Quazar series.

Originally a mentally deranged patient in a mental ward. Gained a stand by being pierced by a piece of a stand arrow that was in his lunch tray. Now believes he is a king and is destined to create a global empire.

This was originally made by Dubstyne, but I put work into it aswell and have full permission from him to upload his Quazar oc's.
