Yes there are others, for Oblansk we have: RBBM 6a2 MBT ; BPTM12 IFV ; SSG-155 SPG ; SPUNP-35 SPAA.
"Is this going to be the only nation ?"
No, but it may be the only nation with camos since it's a pain to make.

It’s not realy a grenade launcher but rather an USV5a2 with an underbarrel RGr-40
What does the rocket heat launcher for?
I think its like used to kill hidden snipers, because like heat missiles go after heat things.
BUT it may be used to go after engines because engines are hot…
Absolutely not
Hight Explosive Anti Tank rockets don’t do that and they aren’t made for that
They are used to destroy Tanks or IFVs most of the time (sometimes on infantry), however most of the moderne tanks are pretty well protected from HEATs (at least in the front) due to NERA and ERA.
BTW rockets and missiles aren’t the same, in fact they don’t even have the same purpose. And unless for Y or Z reason, you don’t use a one on a Sniper. Mostly because the cost of rockets and the fact that you can’t carry as mutch rockets as bullets
