Born in the year of 2147. Jacob Watts is one of the few HP Cybernetics experiments "gone rogue".
Enhanced for military combat, he possesses the ability to create electrical charges from his hands. He also possesses increased strength, speed, reflexes and agility.

After his diagnosis of cancer, HP Cybernetics promised to cure him of cancer completely if he signed up for the trial testing, but being stared in the face by death convinced him to sign on without reading the T's & C's.
After 4 years of testing, Jacob managed to escape from HP Cybernetics' lab and is now classified as "a very dangerous fugitive" to cover up the illegal testing.
