After Mecha King Ghidorah failed to save humanity from Godzilla, because of its advanced technology, it allows humanity to construct a new mecha, one made specifically to kill Godzilla, Mechagodzilla, after it was finished. It sought off to kill Godzilla, but their efforts failed, they later repaired it and even combined it with the Garuda, thus giving it the name Super Mechagodzilla
