A Fanmade Kaiju! (designed by me)

Eleriu is a semi-aquatic kaiju, being slick underwater and reasonably slow on land, this is a curious kaiju, it wont atack by malice nor hunger, since it uses photosynthesis and will only do so if threatened.
Eleriu has electric abilities, being able to charge himself at will just by letting the air brush on its skin, creating static electricity, wich it converts in powerful lightning attacks!

He can use this ability in many ways, such as a EMP, or using the electricity as a protection, hurtful to the touch, as a direct laser like atack (made out of lightning of course) and many other non battle like abilities, like making it glowy to see in deep waters as an example. But if needed, Eleriu will enter a state of overcharge, where its lightning turns blue as well as his fins, all his abilities being boosted up much much more! And you decide what to do with it!
