The Nova Karkovika Federation successfully concluded the peace treaty with Black Leo, and eventually the first galactic war ended, the skirmishes being broken up in the process. The Karkovians profited around 50 trillion from the war, rebuilding the planet and manufacturing weapons and warfare.

The Karkovian army created a new branch of the armed forces, the Bluisha militia, represented by a circle on a yellow banner, which is crossed by 3 straight lines. The militia will use the equipment left and stored in Bluisha’s warehouses, both Karkovian and Black Leo.
Admiral Koren’voss will be under control of the militia branch, and will be in charge of looking after the branch.
