• Useless car fact #5: rebadging

    Rebadging is not a new practice by any means, auto companies have been participating in Rebadging other companies cars since the 60s and earlier, the chevrolet 5500 and the international 5500 for example, they look the same except for the grill and logos, or the 1999 Isuzu rodeo and the 1999 honda passport, yes, even honda Rebadged cars. Or the holden commodore and the chevy ss, it’s not as out of pocket because chevrolet and holden are owned by GM, unlike the other Rebadges that are straight up competitors making deals just to get more money out of one car or truck. There are tons of other Rebadges but I can’t go through all of them. So here’s a very short list
