Can anyone say if they are having the same problem as me,

So when I try to send myself a project it literally does not show up in the email, and if I try to send my stickfigure it sends it hut I cannot open it, if I try to download it nothing happens and if I try to send it to my drive it says “no connection”

Anyone else having the same issue or knows how to fix it?
