Stupid fucking windows is going to make me commit a war crime

So ive been making things in blender for the past few weeks, and I ASSUMED that when I saved the work, that IT WOULD FUCKING SAVE

APPARENTLY, MOTHERFUCKING WIDNOWS DIDNT THINK SO.
Last night, the power went out. Literally long enough to be annoying and turn everything off. So when I booted up blender a second ago, you could imagine my extreme rage when I found that all of my blender models, except a GMT400 silverado I was working on (ironic, isn’t it) where gone. Literally gone. No backups, windows didnt even ask me if I wanted them gone (which i didnt)

Microsoft, count your days. I’m coming.
