𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀?
What I’ve found throughout my time here is that because a lot of Stick Nodes’ content is similar in nature it can be hard to remember each cool detail about the site that day, week, month or year. Some things are retained by memory no doubt but this just serves as a nice information bank to check back on for data purposes, nostalgia and because it can also serve as a sort of mini-news output daily ( Most of the time ).
𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀:
Contributors – These guys are the ones who make the magic happen, posting the site logs we see daily, usually we can work around a rotation so some days myself ( Lemon ) can post some log entries, then Kingstar, Teo, InfiniteGuess etc. we’ll keep everyone posted and hopefully we can retain the consistency of the entries throughout the year.
If you’d like to have a shot at contributing just ask away, we’ll dedicate a day and see how you fare, you do a good job a few times and you can score a placement under Mods for ‘ Contributor ‘.

We got some new potential contributors this week, Asry, STKM and Flame / Swift. The shift patterns are based around the times specified that can be done but if not please let me know and we can re-schedule your days to one that works.
The requirements are as follows:
– You must construct a entry that follows suite to the usual entries ( Listed date, year and day at the top, a headline, linked posts to showcase what has gone down in the day, final words as a sort of conclusive part to the entry and of course saved images, usually five that stood out to you but what you think deserves attention and will be appreciated by other users also )
– Avoid just mentioning how it’s ‘just another day’ as that gets repetitive and looking back provides no real reference for the day’s events, it’s understandable as the site can be bleak but even if you have to be a bit pushy for what you accept to be important or you want to tell a joke or whatever based on what’s happened, that can work too.
– Keep it simple for this one as it’s your first but put focus on the posts you link as well as the images provided, as you go on to do more log entries more emphasis on other things will be listed and provided.
– Post in this group, no exceptions, it gets too messy otherwise
– Let us know in advance before your entry needs to go out, the sooner the notice, the better. Just keep in mind if you put a entry off you will need to do one at a later point.

The site begins to winds down into the season of giving, good feelings and festivities all around
One of the nicest times of year for many, Christmas time approaches and we all get more reason to spend time with each other and celebrate each other’s company together. In light of that we’ve seen some cool projects Christmas-related hit our screens with some exciting things to drop, CB’s Bagel Snowball Fight collab, that project Ralph is hosting and more, it’s going to be good.
In other news we now have hashtags with a little notepad appearance behind it, which is pretty dope, not sure how long that’s been there but I’m only seeing it now so I mention it as if it’s new lol

Cheese Biscuit's New Project
Hello again for the third (and final) time for the week! Cheese Biscuit started a new collab. The story is as follows:
“The StoryMax is away visiting another planet. More snow has piled up than ever before, and Bagel, Nick, and Billy the Biscuit are all bored in their cozy little winter cabin. Bagel—translated by RUBY—comes up with the idea to gather the residents of Stick Nodes for the ultimate Snowball Fight!” – Cheese Biscuit
It’s not like the traditional collab where you animate an entry based on a common theme, instead, you state your username, submit your oc file, and say if you want snow gear (and what color it would be if so), and Cheese Biscuit may approve it and accept it into the animation which he is animating. There is no gurantee that you will get in though, though he has stated he will try his best to get in as many as he can.

Site Log 2024 in talks, NARR has become Vincent Van Gogh and more work on Posse members is being churned out as per regular
It seems I basically summed things up in the headline rather than description already huh. Well anyway, the Site Log 2024 is in talks right now and a variety of things are being tested and tried as part of a new format for it, so far things are coming together nicely. You heard right, NARR has become Vincent Van Gogh, he is currently outputting a nice little collective user piece including a couple people, around 9 I believe. Finally of course we still can expect to see more The Posse members reaching the site regularly with more and more work being done daily.

’ Michael Chrictons Jurassic Park Tyrannosaurus Movieclip ‘
MrMontasoru’s submission for a Tyrannosaurus has reached the site today and it’s looking ferocious, the detailing from the teeth, the eyes all the way down to the muscles and texturing is wonderful and really encapsulates the appearance of a Tyrannosaurus, these monstrosities could run at 20mph at a staggering weight of 4500 to 8000kg ! It’s good that these huge beasts are no longer roaming around.. and are now in Stickfigure form only lol.

Some final words for the day
Before you comment, I know, pretty polished nice site log today, I’ve been trying different things for how I format these things and I’m just trying to consider what might work for next year along with get ideas for other site-related projects. So far so good, 2024 should be a good year for Stick Nodes. Today itself has been really quite good, lots of entertaining content to browse from and whatnot.
If we can get enough people for site log contributors then this type of site log is possible. If other group projects take on a variety of interesting things around the theme of Stick Nodes and the site, partnerships and all sorts can be considered.

Absolutely! that’s what this whole post was about, for you especially it’d be a pleasure to have you apart of our team.
We’ll likely set you up to do a test-run entry and then get you some proper arranged times fully starting 2024. You’ll get other times in the lead up but not as diversely compared to 2024. More info on that closer to the start of 2024
I have to ask though, do you have any days consistently that you think you can put an entry in. For reference an entry needs to go in roughly a day after the last, you can judge this by checking whether the last entry says ‘ A day ago ‘ rather than judging from time-zones. Of course though timezones will be taken into consideration, just let me know what works for you amigo.

I’m free 99% of the time, so basically i can do the site log every day.
For me currently is 4:20 AM, and i will post the site logs in between 01:00 – 03:00 AM if that’s okay, since that’s when i usually go to sleep.

Art and Chaos
Some good news graces our site today as NARR has been taking on art requests of sorts and considerations on commissions is in talk right now, we have an up and coming collective art piece and have so far received some of his own art and a request of Cassidy by Gigan. In other news the site has been at its same with little kids running rampant spewing their shite everywhere like monkey’s throwing poop in a zoo hoping for a banana ( attention ). No surprise there I guess.

Site Log approach’s 150 members and behind-the-scenes talk on new designs and more for next year’s instalment of Site Log – Site Log 2024
Quite a long header there but yes that is what has gone down today, part of it anyway. Since things have been pretty generic today I wanted to mention the potential changes of the site log 2024, features like potential images per linked post, user insight / thoughts ( Ralph’s edit: esque thing ), promotional potential for other groups etc. it’s early development so don’t expect any of those ideas to stay. With that I can say it’s about time to look at everything else today.

Almost at 150 members, that’s pretty crazy.
This has been a really entertaining experience, sure the entries can get boring etc and it’s work I guess but it’s not too much to handle even doing it daily but what really comes out as the most thrilling and entertaining part to it all, is the reception of it, the impact it has on the site and the people.
Many people all over come to see the site log each day and constantly the events of this entire year has been documented and well-formatted in an easily-readable digestible amount of information. All the support is greatly appreciated and really helps set the tone for future projects SN-related.

As we approach the month of December and Christmas time we begin to celebrate the season of giving with some festivities leading up to Christmas time with a sort of Christmas content advent calendar event where users all over use the #stickmas2023 tag alongside their very own unique choice of Christmas + Stick Nodes, it makes for a pretty interesting theme and should lead to some good times and nice content. Don’t worry too much, people have made many mistakes here, myself included so it’s really no problem. You’re a good dude / dudette so on a personal level you can trust I won’t just immediately kick you off the team if you mess up. If you were some random annoying new user I may not be so forgiving lol, it’s just a question of your commitment which you’ve shown already to be sufficient.
Basically, don’t worry even if you do mess up.

Like lemon said don’t worry too much about it, the entries don’t have to be perfect, just try the best you can and don’t stress too much about the small mistakes, if you’re ant read it over, look at other logs for reference, and you can try and edit the log to fix any mistakes if some slipped through if you’re quick about it.
