Gigan has contributed speaking his mind… in his own way.
As to Cuss. She has come out and provided her statements very well served. This website is indeed addition to the community. Tell me why if mrks actions that happened mostly outside of Sticknodes.com still had a impact here, why wouldn’t Robert’s too?
(Of course, comparing Robert and Mrk is a bit too much, but just wanted to set a example that whatever happens outside of Sticknodes.com, personally, should have a impact on you in the website as stated in the website rules.)
Challas, new moderator, has also given out their mind and received some controversy for the points made, so I will be going over them with you lot.
Defamation is when you make fake points, similar to allegations except allegations hold some value. I believe you’ve had a mixup.
Pulling up the definition for you;
“defamation. noun. de·fa·ma·tion ˌde-fə-ˈmā-shən. 1. : communication to third parties of false statements about a person that injure the reputation of or deter others from associating with that person”This is NOT defamation. This is stuff that has ACTUALLY happened and will continue to happen if it’s not put a stop to it either by Ralph or Vince. People need to be alerted that Robert is not the best user out there and that he will not give two fucks about your rules or your people.
This is a notice to everyone, seeing how the status quo is currently going and what has happened in the past few months, I advice that you cease contact with Robert temporarily until a resolution can be made.
The stuff that has came up has made me change his whole view as a person and I no longer consider him to be of value as a friend.

He was sending pornography in channels with MINORS. When being told to NOT do that as he had been given warnings previously.
He’s attacking our people. Hating on them and just overall making them feel like shit.

And you’re asking how is he a threat?
To answer your “Talk to him on discord” he doesn’t budge talking about the subject.
I have given him plenty of time to discuss this with me and get a resolution and a formal apology to everyone out way before writing these posts and starting to dive in deeper on my investigation. But he either didn’t respond or just started deviating the subject to politics or autism.I’m sorry Challas, but I really do enjoy talking with people with tranquility about the problems that have risen. But since that’s off the table, you should take a better look before you talk about a subject you’re not very well studied on.

I think the issue speaks for itself.
Robert has had his history of saying controversial things and doing controversial things, to anyone that gets tied into it and who know him, they can speak their minds but to discuss it here with people out of the know the issues, is pretty surface level in terms of what can be said and done.

All drama has their own deeper meanings to different people and that’s fine but unless the issues are actually resolved or properly appealed we’re just going around in circles.

The issue is that, I think he found the only way to stand out was to do sexual behavior, idk if my opinion is right it is just a hypothesis. I used to be majorly homophobic to gay, lesbian etc, but I learned to accept other people don’t judge some based of their gender, skin, or disability’s judge them based on actions, this is something I have learned from the sticknodes community they are welcoming, they’re nice but you need to act mature, Robert is the opposite of that, from the times I’ve seen Robert. He’s very VERY sexual. That’s all I have to say and I hope anyone who’s been hurt by him is okay

A known example is “The True Colors Of MarkYoin” which let the community share their opinions and experiences with mrk which eventually led to a change.

ROBERTTHEADAM SITUATION - WHAT JUST HAPPENED?I was just casually animating when I received a ping on discord from Robert saying someone was acting crazy, that someone being a user by the online handle of “Guest789”
I scrolled up on the conversation a bit and found very concerning allegations made towards Robert. Some of the screenshots even being a few of my past interactions with Robert which I had forgotten.
These allegations claiming that Robert was transphobic and homophobic.
I asked more about the subject to Guest but I didn’t get a straight answer, which made me turn to other users about it.
Firstly, I asked Elena about the situation with Robert (As she was the one which Robert was being transphobic towards) to which she responded;
“He’s called me a fake woman multiple times”
And with so, providing evidence of this.
However, Robert disputes this by saying that he was just joking around.
One time, I believe it, but multiple times AND concurrently is a pattern.Other users have said that their experience with Robert has been poor. One of them being StickHelmet calling him out on a message (Thank to phantom for letting me know of this)
Now, I acknowledge these screenshots are half a year old. Yet it doesn’t make the situation better for him as this behavior is still carrying on.
In the unofficial Sticknodes Discord server, Robert keeps asking if he can send NSFW in common chats, where a lot of teens and kids are. (An announcement was carried out by Vince after I had a discussion with him on what should / should not be allowed to ensure that no member is exposed to any dark themes, meaning that Robert was 100% aware that he was to NOT post anything of that matter but still did.)
The animation he posted was the “Rabbit Hole” animation. To who doesn’t know what it is, I’ll save you the trouble.
-In short words, it’s an animation depicting a girl being sexually exploited (barely sfw) as well as referencing depression and other themes constantly.Robert has also posted many times pictures of Malkah (The axolotl in his discord profile picture) with little clothing.
When I confronted him about it, he kept trying to change the subject and even going as far as to blame his actions on his autism (sorry, but wtf?)
