I feel like(unless skele already has a fixed story for everyone) milky wouldn’t have been in public in the time as he’s more a stay at home all day kinda guy.
So, he probably saw the news and gathered all he had from his house and needed items and left.
Probably got in contact with some users who were left alive.
I feel like he’d be good with guns but he’s better at combat with a knife. This Close combat did cost him his eye though.

After realizing that Scott and Hector are the last ones in earth, Hector found a way to stop the virus in the easy wat, By hacking reality and reversing the timeline before all of this chaos happened, Scott launched a missile to destroy the object, But another one was inbound, It crash-landed in Ralph Co and Ralph was infected, The gas spread out through the city, Made them smarter faster and stronger than before, The infection was fast and Scott immediately evacuated the enteirety of Stick City to move in another city that was untouched by all this crap, User City
