Been learning Guile in street fighter 6 lately.
He’s pretty cool and I actually really love him but I swear to fucking god my thumb always ends up hurting so much after I’m done playing because he’s a charge character and I gotta keep back crouching or back walking (mostly back crouching though who charges with a backwards walk) so that I can charge my moves and that is painful as hell might actually get a less painful controller for this shit tbh.

I like the idea of getting good at a fighting game, but the input to reward ratio for me is wack. I don’t want to spend so much time just nailing basics or even more advanced combos. I’ve had my fill of it and it feels good being able to be fluid with your combat but it’s just not that rewarding for me.
