The barebones of this group is make your oc as a milky ver.
but the lore is in a alternate universe a milky infected a lot of users Batman Who Laughs Style.
You can animate your oc being brutally transformed or just make the figure for fun.
I’m mainly making this group as I really loved these gimmick groups and this is the only idea I can think of.
It likely won’t catch on but
I shall walk so others can run.

In this alternate universe existed a neos(hypers OC) that looked exactly the same as our neos in this universe but he has a infection he could accidentally spread, one day he accidentally gave it to this universes Milky.
Now this virus brings out the worse in someone, contorts their mind till their nothing like what they used to be.
This milky saw great opportunity in remaking this virus that “awakened his true self” as he called it, and that he must spread it to others and put them under his control as to prove his superiority over all of Sticknodes.
He manufactured his own version of the virus from his own blood , leaving those infected under his control and of a similar appearance to him.
He kidnapped Alt!Tomzonia, and injected the virus into him he explained what would happen to him.
After five minutes of no effect Alt!Milky left the room of which Alt’Tomzonia took this chance to escape, getting out into the streets and prepared to shoot himself as he didn’t want to turn into whatever this would turn him into to.
However he was too late and he turned as evident in the first animation I made.
The virus now having a legitimate host, infects and transforms victims much quicker then before as evident in Alt!Spookus’s transformation.
Those infected still have their own will but their main desire is clouded but the virus influencing them to do what Alt!Milky wants.
If Alt!milky infects everyone with them all under his control, he’ll likely take his attention to other realities, dimensions and universes.
