Just wanted to let the group know (kind of late in my time so sorry) but every 10 members we will look for a mod to select. This mod has certain privileges and responsibilities. As Manny states himself:
Mod Duties Require:
Must monitor the group for any inappropriate activity, uncivil behavior, and answer any questions or confusion. (If you don’t know the answer we will answer it, however if anyone ask about the collab say no details will be disclosed until we hit 15 members, unless it was already something we stated previously publicly) You don’t need to monitor it a lot, perhaps like 5 minutes a day. (More than that is optimal, but that is the minimum)
As a mod, you are allowed to give suggestions on the collab, help with the trailer, help animate for the trailer, help coordinate how the trailer will be made (Who is the editor, how would we communicate, etc.) [we will send you the invite, however you will not be able to tell anyone about what goes on within the group unless we grant you permission for a task or there will be consequences, consequences will be explained upon arrival]
As a mod, every one month you have to post an update on the group to remind people of its existence.
You can do more, or less than this if you don’t have the time.
If you would like to negotiate your powers and duties please say so so we can set up a meeting.

Or perhaps if we get desperate, limit the amount of comments a person can make in the group if they aren’t a member, or (not too sure if possible, would have to double check), make it so you can’t post unless your a member.
That’s only a last resort though.

We need more group members in order to be a productive group. We can assign mods and admins, host collabs, and etc.
Therefore, we need to advertise ourselves without sounding desperate, anyone have any ideas?-
I am also sad about how only half of the people who said they would join showed up, I am unaware of the circumstances however, so I will understand if there are a couple of late arrivals…

What if we host a collab at 15 members?
Think about it.
It would get people to join if they want a collab
Once the collab is out, we say only members can join it,
This gets more people to join the group as well
Of course, we need to carefully plan this out.
So let’s announce it today (or tomorrow, more people active in the afternoon or day), and than, we plan out the collab and everything. It may take a while for the actual collab to be planned out, but we can still announce it.
