I should probably stop procrastinating and study,
In the meantime, heres this, the song starts off slow but give it a chance, kind of sounds like something out of a doom game.

Good morning everyone -

Good morning people of sticknodia,
Ive decided to add a new rule to the station, since this song does cuss but its still good, only 10 curse words are allowed in the songs that are posted, and if the song is exceptionally good, then that number will be extended.
Anyway, Generic Incelcore Song, by EDGEMASTER42 (lol the name)

same, i been playing FNV modded a while
i got fallout 4 on playstation not too long ago, and god damn is it fun. I really like how theyve actually added survivability and base building
the framerate is capped at 30 and its horrible, but i can get used to it
I wish I could mod FNV but I don’t have a pc.
Fo4 is very fun, especially modded, but it feels too rushed, especially with some locations having great amounts of detail and others are just nothing but the basic location, (especially raider camps)
And for the framerate thing I have a mod that pushes it up, cant tell you the exact number because I forgot but if you go into the mod tab and search “framerate” you should find the same one if not a similar one.
I turned fo4 into a Russian Milsim with mods,
And I colonized the Commonwealth, (but there is impending civil war nothing to worry about)
I am curious, what have you modded NV into?
i dont tend to mod games into something else. I just enhanced every possible feature that was in the game
like a remaster
FNV already has a good campaign so I decidrd to not do “total conversion”
These are my fav mods, they make the game feel brand new:
ETJ’s animations
Poco Bueno Textures
Dynamic Weathers
Enhanced movement
Butcher Pete’s Complete Melee Animations
Brutal Staggering (adds cool reactions to every hit you do to ppl)
Ragdolls
Nevade Skies: Weather Mod
Rudy ENB, its like a reshade but WAY better
Hitman’s Locomotion
B42 Inertia (adds weapon sway)
Ironsight Recoil
Just Assorted Mods (it adds a whole load of QOL stuff)
Realistic Weapon Damages/Lethal Headshots
I still do vanilla campaign though, but I’m thinking of trying a total conversion mod like Project Frontier when im done with the campaign and side quests
oh and for the fallout fps thing, i tried searching for it all the way back when i got the game. there were performance mods but they were for PS4, so there was no framerate fix.
My fav fallout 4 mod (its not much, since console mods are limited for bethesda games) is this weather/graphics mod called Vintage. It makes the game more orangeish and it makes the godrays look hella good
I also been getting into Skyrim modding and I’m lucky so far that my game isnt broken. But the mod manager I’m using (Vortex Mod Manager) hasnt been deploying my mods properly. Any mod I add, it never shows effect in game. I dont know why, since its clearly enabled and all the mod plugins are on. I can’t access Creations or Bethesda.net to see if I can fix the problem because my Skyrim is pirated.
I understand enhancing the game, I used to do that with Fo4, but after like 4 years of playing it like that I got bored of the vanilla campaign, so I just decided to add a buch a military crap.
Also that is a awesome mod list, definitely gonna install most of those when I get NV on pc.
My favorite fo4 mod has to be Real AI, it makes all the NPCs more smarter and actually try to predict player movements, have better pathfinding, have realistic aim and stuff like that,
As for weather I like the mod “Polluted Weather” makes it actually feel like a wasteland and makes radiation storms more common, literally perfect if combined with “Badlands 2” (which turns vanilla map into a NV style desert)
And as for that last thing, that sucks, one time that has happened to me and I had to forget everything and delete it all, I dont hope that on an enemy.
imo i think vanilla Fo4 is WAY too alive and vibrant to feel apocalyptic. i wish console users had animation mods though, i cant stand the pipe pistol reload and I hate how they made the reload animations for rifles left handed. apparently to show off animations, even though bethesda is shit at animation.
also, i cant do anything with skyrim? i just gotta go clean slate?
There are a few animation mods, although they may not be available on PlayStation and only Xbox (I hate how both platforms have different standards for mods its kind of ridiculous imo),
I just straight up replaced the pipe guns with more modern post apocalyptic ballistics, basically FNV weapons or something similar enough to them, and there are literally no fixes for the left hand animations, Its so dumb I had to just replace most of the weapons with left hand animations, I really just replaced it all with a similar enough weapon (although this method is risky because 1: gun mods take up a huge amount of space, and 2 sometimes the replacer mods fail sometimes, its a bit jank basically)
There are a few reanimations I can think of, mostly battlefield animations.
Also I dont suggest going clean slate just yet, use it as the last option, just try and see if there is an alternative way to fix the issue, If you cant find a solution then unfortunately you probably have to go clean slate.
Ive tried every fix and nothing actually worked. My Skyrim Script Extender is the right version, so idk what im doing wrong.
The only mod thats showing effect is Comprehensive 1st person animation mod. But those dont need SKSE, so it might be smth that has to do with SKSE or Vortex messing up SKSE.
Tbh, i love the pipe gun in FO4. Its animations suck but god damn does it really capture the apoc feel. I dont have much guns, im only 8 hrs into the game, i got it not too long ago.
I got lots of pipe weapons like the pipe sniper, pipe bolt action, pipe rifle, pipe revolver, etc. I also got a sawed off shotgun, and a minigun from a quest I did where i had to get some sort of charm that belonged to the dead daughter of a farmer.
Im liking this one console mod called SCAP that lets me delete any junk stuff in my base, like grass, vegetation, and junk scrap. Its so useful and I was able to renovate the red rocket gas station with it
for the skyrim thing, I have no idea on how to fix that, I dont typically mod skyrim, but what you said about it might being something about SKSE, although I don´t know much about that so you go see, I hope it works out well for you, I pray for your save lol.
and the pipe guns are a very cool concept, if you are intrested there are many mods that change pipe guns to be even more pipe-ier, from basic retextures to full model changes and re-animations, some are costly in space though and others require DLC (mostly Nuka World, which I suggest you do not buy unless you want it for the mods, because its really not worth it, spend your money on literally any other DLC)
not only that but I suggest Commonwealth Warfare, changes how gunshots are to be more realistic and makes the pipe guns have a kick to them.
Im gonna check out that SCAP mod, sounds really useful, especially for my military save, would make base building sooo much easier,
and I know exactly what quest you did, that Abernathy Farm quest, really good quest, you can also get that place as a settlement eventually if you are nice to them overtime, its called being ¨allied to a settlement¨, its a cool feature honestly, (you can also get these settlements by just killing everyone but Im guessing your not going for an outlaw way of playing lol)
me personally I converted Abernathy farm into a training camp / shooting range, its a nice settlement for building, nice and flat, and cool structure you can use as base so you dont have to spent a while buliding one.
The pipe gun mods and commonwealth warfare, are they on console?
They sound kinda fun
yes they are, there might be different results for playstation but they should show up.
if you cant find any ill give you the specific names of the mods I used for pipe guns, for right now just search ¨pipe gun¨ to find them.
and you should be able to find Commonwealth warfare pretty easily.
and one more thing
check out Ballistic Realism, goes great combined with Commonwealth Warfare
it balances the guns and makes them actually do damage like real guns.
alright
thanks for all this info btw!
Your welcome!
