What is this?
Stick Nodes Citrus Adventures (or SNCA for short) is a series suggested to me by @meldoessticknodes, unfortunately Mel has been very inactive / left so, however I am reluctant to get this series out. SNCA’s premise revolves around users living life, discovering uncovered corruption and mysteries and beating into demons…
How can I, and why should I join?
You’re a user of Stick Nodes yes? The site too? Well there you go.
Jokes aside a good amount of effort and planning would be put into this so missing out on the opportunity to be in something so ambitious and fun would seem like a wasted opportunity, especially if you do actively use the site.
As for how you can join, please refer to the form below the line and copy and input the necessary details (please ask me @tastylemon16 if you’d like any help with understanding or working through the form).

This looks like a really promising series. I might join, but don’t know which oc I should use. My really detailed oc has alot of information written about him, and is clunky. My other one is just broken mechanic wise, fixing the wings are a nightmare because polyfills hate me.. I’ll make sure to bookmark this.

Abilities: he’s well experienced in close combat with knives and fists, not so much at far range he’s at a disadvantage there, to counter this he might resort to throwing his knives, this is not his favorite thing to do as he has a limited amount(2 in use and q backIs other ability is he is basically a water bender but instead of water it’s milk.
He can shoot the bolts of milk pretty fast but the faster it is, the weaker it is and the slower it takes to shoot it, the stronger.

He’s a little outgoing and talkative with close friends or people he’s trusting of but quiet and introverted with people he’s not to acquainted with.(kinda like me irl lol)
He fidgets with his hands sometimes.
Traits:Talkative(sometimes),Adventurous,Clever.He also has a stand called Calcium White , which he uses only in tight spots where he has no other options.
this stands abilities are that he can shoot bolts of milk that can cut through stone
Basic punches and kicks
(This is a complicated one so you may remove) it can like basically punch you and implant some kinda bomb that will spread goo that melts your bones. This ability has a cool down.
Stand has a low durability and a high speed for dodging

Abilities: Earth Manipulation/Creation, Fire Manipulation/Creation, Pocket Dimension (Accessed via portals)
Traits: Chilled, Care-free(apart from life-threatening situations), Calm
Uses a lot of slang, like Beast Boy of the Teen Titans (launguage is similar, not voice though) such as ‘yous’ instead of ‘you’ and ‘gots’ instead of ‘got’
Example -“Yous’ gonna havta’ try harder than that.”
Generally friendly to new friends in a not-so-much-caring kind of way, interacting with them by letting them do most of the talking, and answering with ‘sure’, ‘why not’ etc.

Strengths/Weaknesses: Cat-like, quick reflexes. Very defensive, can take many hits.
OK at close combat, Good at ranged combat. Isn’t necessarily fast, but not slow either. He’s Decent it terms of physical/ranged attack
Major weakness is his midnight form. Transforms into an average cat at 12:00 midnight for 15 minutes before being able to transform back (can also transform at any time on command, apart from midnight for said 15 minutes)
He is able to activate his Supreme deity form at any time, which greatly boosts his stats and grows stronger as the sun reaches its highest point in the sky (he’s at his strongest at 12 midday, when the sun reaches his highest point), and when the Sun reaches said highest point, he radiates heat, also boosting his stats a little more, and enhancing his powers/abilities. After 5 minutes, the heat radiation stops and he’s back to his normal supreme deity form.
His spear also gets a transformation, and obtains a mind of its own in this state, being able to fight alongside Khifurr or continue to be used as a normal weapon.

Can I be a character? It would be perfect since I don\’t have much time to animate nowadays. I\’m not really known here though, or even anywhere really.
But I have spent much of my life here, true story. Anyway, I\’m probably just gonna be a side character if I join, but I would love if I became a running background joke if I\’m just a side.

That’s the simplest way to say it. he uses this ability more around far range. This ability isn’t the most effective though.Traits and personality:
He’s a bit jokey and outgoing with close freinds or people he trusts but more so quiet around others and will avoid being the center of attention as he feels like he’ll mess everything up when everyone’s focusing on him for something.
When he’s talking he fiddles with his hands a lot.
He is a big brain boi but not like mega big brain.
He also likes to plan things out before hand.

I’m thinking that it can melt bones by touching or punching someone, this is a slow process as it implants goo into the person that melts them BUT I understand this is complicated and you may remove it.The stand doesn’t have its own personality.

Refer to the group details and linked posts, all of it matters, if you don’t read it all you aren’t going to understand how to present templates etc.
It looks long but a lot of it is just paragraph breaks, bold text and bullet pointed conditions. You should be able to manage it.
I apologise for the lengthiness of the rules and conditions but you’d be surprised how much people can be confused by these things.

How to become an appearing character in the series:
Follow this template:

Try and keep the traits, abilities simple. What this means is if there is more than one complicated ability or trait try and shorten your response down or just choose a main ability you’d like to see rather than multiple complex intricate ones.
Talk about things like, how your character acts, talks, body language, tendencies (what they do in certain scenarios). It doesn’t have to be an extensive list, if you want to keep it simple than just write a short list of traits or just personality and the admins and mods will work off of that.
Abide by the template in between the two lines that section the template off from the post. Only the template not the rest of this post.

One question though: will the accompanying entity be around the main character at all times, or brief moments? I was thinking Voltage could be the accompanying entity but I don’t want him to be an actual part/important character in the series. Maybe he talks like once or twice or something, idk, but not a main focus -
Additional information and conditions:
If your character has a separate entity accompanying them, this is fine so long as there traits, abilities and far off from your main character that is to be used and even if it is, keep it simple. Separate entities include: Stands, Pets etc.
If you have a a second character / accompanying entity than please reduce the detailing of the characters traits and abilities to avoid confusion and to make it easier on the creators the series.
If your character has a transformation, this is allowed but like i’ve already mentioned keep it simple.
To put it in more understandable terms, you can only distribute a certain big amount of detailing on one thing:
– Appearing main character itself
– Accompanying entity
– Transformation
Not all three.
Accompanying entities may only have a transformation if the rest of your character, traits and abilities are simple. This all applies by a rule of distributing details and attributes to one of the three things:
– Appearing main character itself
– Accompanying entity
– Transformation
I wouldn’t recommend commenting on these posts as the get deleted and re-written when more conditions and information gets added. Create a separate post asking about something and make sure the post is just about an enquiry, not something else as well. This is to avoid confusion.

Mel spoke to me about it and I plan on making one once I got some stickfigures for the areas in the series.
Shouldn’t take too long as a lot of the area will be pretty simple with repeating objects, lamppost, trees and a bridge (which is named after you, Damiano Bridge).
