The group for an Iceberg themed around the Stick Nodes Community on YouTube, sister group to the Stick Nodes community iceberg group
https://sticknodes.com/groups/the-stick-nodes-community-iceberg-creation-group/
what is this group?
as said above, this group is a community project to create an iceberg centered around the Stick Nodes Community. The idea from this group came from the fact the Stick Nodes Community actually has quite a long extensive history, spanning just under 10 years as of 2023. This group is also just for a bit of fun, to bring people together to work on something pretty cool
How will the iceberg be made?
We will use this group as a forum to discuss what things could be added to the iceberg, Osprey8010 will be actually making the iceberg in photoshop, just adding on the ideas that the community provide.
At the end of every 2 weeks, a “work in progess” version of the iceberg will be posted into the group so everyone can get a good idea of where abouts we are in terms of progress.
as of right now, we are aiming for at least 10 topics for each four tiers.
How to format ideas
Title of idea, followed by which tier you think it belongs in (1-4)
detailed description of idea, followed by sources and why you think it deserves a spot
whether the idea gets into the iceberg will be voted unanimously by the group, a poll will be held, it’s important to come to a group consensus as this group is directly about the community after all.

Answer:
It’s a meme.
The idea is the entire image represents ALL knowledge about a subject. From there, parts of the iceberg are organized into “tiers” to categorize the knowledge. A common categorization is to organize information from top-to-bottom in order from “what most people know” to “fringe, unproven conspiracy theories”. This makes sense for the iceberg metaphor: the tip of an iceberg is the part you can see from a ship. Most people also know that a big part of the iceberg is underwater. But only people with very specialized equipment can actually go into the ocean and see just how deep an iceberg is to get the whole picture.
That’s how your example video works. It’s going over most of the rumors related to Super Mario 64, their history, and whether they are “solved” or not. It dives deeper and deeper into the iceberg, explaining things that have long, weird histories and never really resulted in “an ending”.
It’s a popular meme. People like videos about weird rumors and conspiracy theories, and sticking to the current meme helps attract viewer
