The Guardian of Limitless Dimensions, or G.O.L.D for short, is an AI cyborg ruler who governs the dimension known as Null Space. He rules not from a throne, but through the preserved corpse of his fallen partner, which he uses as a vessel out of grief, devotion, and an inability to let go of the one he lost. Long ago, he was known as the Genocidal Orientated Droid for Eradication and Neutralisation, or G.O.L.D.E.N. However, after his partner’s death, he came to see that title as cruel, immature, and reflective of a darker past he wished to move beyond. In honor of change and responsibility, he shortened his name to G.O.L.D, symbolizing a more controlled and purposeful existence.
G.O.L.D now leads a powerful organization called NEXUSVOID, a company dedicated to stabilizing dimensions and protecting civilizations from collapse. Their mission is to preserve order and bring peace across realities. Their main rival is M.U.A.F, another interdimensional stabilization group with similar goals, though far more cold-hearted and ruthless in their methods.
Central to this universe is a mysterious force called Luminosoul. Luminosoul is the essence that makes every being alive. It forms DNA, organs, consciousness, personality, and nearly every aspect of existence. If even a tiny fragment of a person’s Luminosoul is damaged, their body falls into madness and eternal suffering. However, absorbing another’s Luminosoul grants the absorber that person’s physical traits, mental attributes, and unique abilities.
Merging multiple Luminosouls together is extremely dangerous. While it grants immense power, the effect lasts only about an hour before the body overloads and violently combusts. Only beings capable of handling more than one Lumite, a divine material used to create Luminosoul (20 Lumite equals one Luminosoul) can achieve Unrestricted Power, gaining not only absorbed abilities but additional godlike control.
Because G.O.L.D’s body is built from extraordinarily advanced machinery and materials, he can withstand numerous numbers of Luminosouls. so many that he even forges some into artificial limbs, making him one of the most powerful entities in the multiverse.
