your volume is either not on, set to silent, very low, etc
maybe even restart but i doubt that will help
can’t really help more, it’s some combination of those issues, SN can play sounds fine (especially on apple devices as they’re all basically the same so it wouldn’t make sense for just 1 particular person to have an issue)
It was on
