When the transformer gets picked up, he kinda just… floats up
Imagine like your picking up a piece of spaghetti. The price tries its hardest to fall back down on the plate, because of gravity. Transformers are a lot heavier than spaghetti, and would fall a lot harder.
Try bending the body at the shoulder, to make him look limp, and sway the legs back and fourth to look like has some mass
