is it WordPress? (i might look like an idiot cuz i have no idea if thats a website or not)
edit- It is a website, at the top left corner of the screen when youre on sn website :/
when you leave a comment you can type in a URL your name links to, meant to be for your website/social media
of course using that to post any negative links is bad and spam and should be reported so bannage can occur
