I’ll be gone for a few months but I will appear from time to time. I’m going to make myself a better person. It’s the best option I have for myself. I’ve installed workout apps and set up different goals for myself and being here is a distraction. fitness isn’t my passion. Art is. But the human body itself is a work of art. The greatest artwork is the artwork that creates it’s own.
I’ve been bullied for being out of shape/fat to the point where I became malnourished. I’ve been bullied for being malnourished and now I’m bigger than I was. But I realized that it’s not my physique that’s the main problem anymore but it remains a problem. It’s who I am as a person. I want to become the person that wasn’t there for me. I want to help others who share the same pain. I am redeeming myself.
I will see you guys when I get the opportunity. I will become my dream idol. if nobody else is going to inspire me, I’ll inspire myself. Goodbye.

I respect your goal and aspirations, good luck
Something to remember about your body though is that no matter where you are at, fat with no muscle, skinny with some or a full-on bodybuilder your satisfaction will likely never be there. Body dysmorphia can take it’s hold on so many so try to respect and appreciate how you look at any day.
I know full well I’m at 20 – 25% bodyfat, I can clearly see my fat but I don’t let that confuse my perception of myself. Your body is only a vessel to carry your mind, who you are is defined by your mind and less so much by the body it walks around in.
TLDR: Love yourself more but still be willing to challenge yourself for improvement.
By the way if you need any help with anything I might be able to help if you’re just starting out. I’ve been working out for around 3 years now so I have a pretty good understanding of things, I’m no expert but the offer is still there.
