If we’re counting two hands individually cracked in one go, 1 amount, then for me I’d say around 15+ times a day, legs, neck, hands, elbows / arms, back and feet.
Ankles: hold end of foot towards butt
Elbows: extend arms out
Knuckles: apply some pressure to a clenched fist while keeping some distance from completely letting the base of your fingers touch your palm
Fingers: pull fingers outwards
Legs: stretch legs out from being in a bent position
Toes: squeeze toes towards foot
Proceed to do all of the above with caution, don’t hurt yourself.
