I like how weird he is.
He should just constantly do something new and unusual each appearance like and arm just sprouting out of his coat that hands him a suitcase and then shrinks back never to be seen again.
The drinking with eye is a nice touch as it’s just bafling to watch.
Just try to defy human logic with everything he does and you’ll have a REALLY interesting Bill Cypher style character
I don’t care all too much about Gravity Falls but i know Bill is a fantastic character, i just haven’t really took as much notice to him as i did to Lord Dominator from Wander over Yonder which led to Empress Roux’s creation
