Scout canonically has a neck during PROMISE ME. Heโs depicted with a floating head in the comic because I felt that it was too integral to his character design to omit it.

Thatโs fair, the same is true with my OC lemon and his face. Heโs typically depicted as just sunglasses and eyebrows but in close-up shots where you see more detail, he has a face.
Itโs necessary for certain things and I didnโt want to come up with something wacky for whenever he has to smell, hear or eat something.
