So I made a scarf figure THAT IS NOT OVERPOWERD, CALM YOUR NUTS.

This is mark (I had to give a scarf fig a genaric name). He’s just a veteran who likes scarfs, but NORMAL SIZED scarfs, not floor length scarfs.
His powers are:

Slightly stronger/faster that he average human

NOTHING
A WHOLE LOTTA NOTHING
and finally
Nothing.
