@ralph hear me out here
Being able to load a BG video. For example, if I wanted to remake a scene from…let’s say AOT, but doing it straight off of memory and repeatedly looking at said clip can be tiring and the result not all that great. Instead, this feature will have each frame on SN make the BG video move one frame, allowing me to better position the figures for recreation.
This can also be for better fight scenes, using martial arts videos to add realism to an attack. I’m sure newer users will enjoy the benefit of being able to easily see a video on SN as they animate, and more experienced users can do whatever.

Awesome Idea, but what about those who would just trace the animation? It would make it so easy for people to copy all of shock and say it was their “original creation”. But I can see how easy it would be to add that.
…damn that’s true
There’s still the value of a watermark though, and the general fact that the original one doesn’t look traced and is more authentic
SN rotoscope
its been noted
since 2016 lmao
a bit too technical i think for the average user, as well as to load in a video is big memory footprint in an app that already struggles with high memoey usage due to its nature
