Luna’s Whisper

Since Max’s Arc allows him to ignore his limits and physical exertion (at the cost of hurting himself), he constantly outperforms people twice his size. This bow puts that power to good use.

The string on Luna’s whisper is actually a a series metal wires interwoven to make a thick string of sorts. Because of it’s tension, the arrows can be shot at unsettlingly high velocity, breaking the sound barrier and reducing the sound of the arrows, hence the name Luna’s Whisper. While most people can’t efficiently pull the string back, Max can direct his Arc flow into his arm, risking his muscles and vascular system in the process. The reward, though, is an arrow so powerful it can pierce the mountains.
