Differences.
The M-1SH has a different search system than the S model, and can be guided by both infrared and radar. Its range is also greater, being 150km compared to the S version’s 78km. The M-1SH also has a shrapnel system, where when the missile is too close to the target, it explodes some capsules, dispersing debris everywhere before hitting the target.
