not really, I get a lot of sounds from youtube
I’d search there for “fighting voices” grunts etc, “female combat” etc
usually provides a link to download (hopefully mp3 if not, you have to convert them)
else I use an online youtube-to-mp3 converter to get the video audio, then cut it in something like Audacity
