Please explain to me how it isn\’t visible to them when asking stuff that\’s right there on the page. I remember the (not so) good ol\’ days when the only things you would say is There\’s an FAQ page. WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO UNDERSTAND THERE IS A FAQ PAGE?
