Used to, I used to go to some shitty club where I live. I dipped after doing a few sessions because I didn’t learn anything, they had no structure or anything it was just boxing drills and regular bodyweight exercises, no pacing, no explanations just brief demonstrations and minute long drills to practice it.
I try and implement different things from different styles when I train now though so I touch on Boxing and more.
