So, uhhh, @Ralph , I have an idea for SN that will make you more money.
SPRITE/PIXEL MODE: basically how this would work is, you go into “create a new stickfigure,” and then you can click a little button titled “sprite/pixel mode” and then, A grid will appear, and you can draw out pixels (also note that you can decide between 8-bit to 16-bit) like any other pixel drawing app! And, of course, you can load background images. One small detail to make it easy to animate is to have it rotatable with one non-static segment in the middle (on top of the “moving square”) and then you can just rotate it anyway you want! I really hope you can do this! It would make me and hundreds upon thousands of other people happy! And you get A LOT of money! So, uh, please add this in a future update. I don’t care how long it takes. THanks

@ralph but a second time >:(
*angry demonic screeching*
the app is called “Stick Nodes” not a sprite editing app-
if you want a good sprite editing app thats free, check out piskel, pixly, or 8bit painter or smth
Yeah, but heres the thing: Every sprite animator (except Pivot) is hard to use because you can’t rotate the sprite so it looks like a PROFESSIONAL sprite animation (like the ones in Adobe Flash). I just think this could make SN even MORE popular AND @ralph would get a lot more money!
you dont need to request a feature for it to become professional
effort exists, and if you dont put much effort into it then its not really professional now, is it
yeah I’ve already answered this one a lot (kinda)
some people want “drawing” in the app but this just isn’t gonna be that type of app, in order to keep it “simple” (and be keep my sanity to not have to implement such a complex feature) there won’t be any drawing in SN
this is just gonna stay a stickfigure-building / animating app
maybe I might make creation tools to make sprite (square “pixels”) segments easier to create, though
would be neat if in pc we could import movie or some sort of sequence thing. Saying cause I would put storyboards for animating.
Unless some sort of storyboarding mode butidk how that would work.
